Photo Directory

We are still in the process of completing a new photo directory. The delay has been due to the large number of people who did not have their pictures taken with Angelo in the spring. You still have time.
Nancy Gibson will be available before Sunday School & before worship on most Sundays through January 26, 2021. You may also email your own photo to Nancy or Patty Andrews.  Please put your ‘last name’ and ‘photo for directory’ in the subject line so we don’t miss your email. The deadline for photos is January 31, 2020. After that time the directory will be published. If you do not wish to have your photo in the directory please let us know. Your contact information will be printed.

If you’re  looking to help someone in need this Christmas, help someone local, from Project HOPE. The tags will be located at the back of the sanctuary on a tri-fold board on Sunday Nov. 17 and Sunday, November 24th. Gifts are due in the HOPE room by Sunday, December 1st. Please gently wrap your gift and tape the original tag lightly onto the outside. If you’re not a shopper but still want to help, Monetary donations are always accepted – checks payable to Project HOPE.

Welcoming People!!

You just found a place to sit and there’s a new face in the crowd, a few pews away. After the service ends, you go over to introduce yourself and get to know them, but after a few welcoming words, everyone heads out. You hope they'll be back next week…

Starting in January 2020, we’ll have a dedicated time to visit right after: our worship service is moving to 9:30 a.m., with Sunday School to follow. Between the two, there’ll be a 15-minute time for coffee and donuts in the Fellowship Hall. After you introduce yourself at the end of service, why not invite the newcomer for a cup of joe and a donut so you can chat some more?

Who knows, maybe they’ll even join you for Sunday School.

The 9-12th grade Sun. School class will once again be packing Action Packs to send to displaced Christians around the world.  Please join us for the month of Nov. as we collect the following items to send:

Blankets, towels, bed sheets, solid color T-shirts, knit hats, jacket/windbreakers, bars of soap, sweaters, socks, and gloves or mittens.  There will be a basket in the coat room to collect the items.

Thank you!
