The Session is the ruling board of the church. An elder should be mature in the faith, exhibit certain characteristics of life, sound in the faith, be wise in the things of God and discreet in all things, and have adequate training to equip them for their calling. Session members are elected once a year and serve for three years. Session meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month. A joint board meeting is held every three months. All boards answer to the session.

The Board of Trustees maintains the church building as well as the manse. They are in charge of arranging for mowing of grass, removal of snow and a multitude of other unscheduled repairs that need completed. Trustees are elected once a year and serve for three years. Trustees meet the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Deacons should be persons of spiritual character, honest repute, exemplary lives, brotherly and sisterly love, warm sympathies and sound judgement. Their office is one of sympathy, witness and service after the example of Jesus Christ. The Session has delegated to the Deacons the duty of ministry to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who are in distress. To this end the Deacons meet monthly, in addition to their shared ministry of home and hospital visitations. Deacons meet the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
